Added Sanitary Precautions
All salespersons and service advisors have disinfectant wipes available to wipe down their customer service stations in between every customer interaction. Pohanka employees are even making sure to wipe down any touchpoints within a car before and after each test drive including the door handle and steering wheel. Though it is customary to shake hands with your sales representative after purchasing a vehicle this tradition is being temporarily disbanded in order to prevent unnecessary touching. Salespersons and service advisors are also disinfecting any pen after it is used to complete paperwork.
